I could face many conflict at the workplace for example, when I work with my colleague there will be some misunderstanding between us because we have different thinking and strategy. Such as, if we are working in a project my colleague may see things that help us in our issue and he advice me to do it, but I disagree with him which will make us hard to solve the problem that we face because we have different opinion and thinking. For that, this will lead us to not working well and doing a lot of mistakes. So we should discuss to solve the problems between us not to make it out of control which will not help us to do so in our project.
